What are key vitamin supplements to take for everyday health inside and out?
I have been taking Omega 3 and Calcium supplements everyday. I was wondering what others could provide me to feel healthier naturally and maybe help me in my daily performances.
I also take Omega 3 . You may need to take iron but that depends on your diet i.e if your a vegatarian.. Most other Vits are already present in a stable diet but some people top up with vits A ,C and D ..

I am a 20 year old male. I am just shy of 6 foot and weigh 164. I am looking for some suggestions on any vitamins or supplements I can take to build and tone muscle.

Get 1-2 grams per one pound of body weight

Drink at least 120 oz of water a day
Glutamine is great to help your muscles recover faster (take before bed and right when you wake up)

Creatine is great and will help you lift more

What are good supplements for a 12 year old boy with diabetes to take?
My son is a type 1 diabetic and I wondered if there were good supplements to take to help regulate his blood sugars? Since he’s going through puberty, his sugars are erratic.
The only thing that can really help your son is if you get him to see a nutritionist to figure out exactly what he needs.
The best thing I think for him to do is eat a banana every day or something rich in potassium considering diabetic ketoacidosis which is something you really need to know about. If you give your son a daily multivitamin and an Omega-3 oil capsule with a meal it would do him well. Also if you find that he is lethargic from his diabetes than a B-complex vitamin can boost his energy.
I only say this because I live with a diabetic and have researched it for years. You should definitely have your son see a nutritionist though.

What are some supplements to take for health when working a night shift?
I have been working the night audit shift for about six months now and have gained weight, despite NO change in diet. I do NOT get a full 8 hours sleep each day, usually sleeping three to four hours a day. What are some natural supplements I can take to help bring that back under control?
Unfortunately when you work the night shift not only don’t you get the sleep you need but you do gain weight. I have had to go on a 1200 calorie diet and do alot of working out. I have started to lose wieght but it isn’t easy. If you can afford it go to a gym.
I have to have my other knee replaced and I need to lose the weight.I know that I spend more time trying to sleep than I do sleeping.Now I start to work in the yard.
I use stress tabs and b 12 that gives me energy and is helping out so that I can feel better and lose weight.I also bought the book "The Glycemic Diet".It tells you what to eat and tells you why you should use one thing over another.Also eat small meals and eat about 5 times a day.
